The number of decimals in exchange rate has been extended in 5 to 10 decimals.
Now it is possibe to see, in the Agenda - in the client task- the project code and/or the name of the client. Same as in the 'Vendor's' field, in which we can see the project code and/or the name of the translator or vendor as well.

Now we can update both left and upper menu by clicking the right button of the mouse; in case an icon does not appear.
Withing the Agenda, clicking on 'Pending Alarms' it is now possible to see, manage and/or eliminate what is pending.
Within the quote and project, each task now has a new filed called 'Print detailed'. If you uncheck this tab, the client will just see the title of the task and the total amount without any line detail.
It is now possible to send the quote to a salesperson.
Within the quote, just click on: 'Send to salesperson'
It is now possible to release a user who has been inactive for the last 24 hours since his/her last access.

A new "INTRA-COMMUNITY VAT Nº" field has been added to the client file (visible only in CEE countries). If it is filled in with the data of the client's intra-Community VAT's number, and the client belogns to a country of the CEE, invoices and installments made to that client will be marked as 'Intra-Community delivery' in VAT movements and they will appear in the 349 model. For model 303 they will be seen in the summary as 'Intra-community Deliveries of Goods and Services".
IMPORTANT: if this field is not filled, it is understood that the client is not registered in the Intra-community Operators Registry and therefore the operation is not clasified as 'Intra-community Delivery' but as a national sale. Invoices or installements issued to that client will NOT appear on the 349 model and on the 303 model will appear in the summary like 'General regime' if they have been made with VAT.
A new field has been added in the client file called "Canary regime" (only visible in Spain). If activated, invoices and payments done to that client will be marked as Exportorts of VAT movements and in model 303 will appear in the summary 'Exportations and assimilated operations' instead of within the 'General Regime'.

A new setting in Settings > Global Settings > Settings has been added: "Do not include language combination in task description"
If it's activated, the name of the source and target language will not be automatically added to the project tasks name.
A new field in Settings > Global Settings > Emails Templates has been added, which allows to define the font which will be shown in the email.
This new field won't work with TXT format, they will just work if the emails are sent in HTML format.
Two new reports has been added to the project file that allow you to check the sales and purchase statistics of a project
To open the reports click on the magnifying glass button that is next to the "Client quantity" and "Vendor quantity" new fields.
These new reports allow you to see the total number of units sold or subcontracted grouped by different criteria (by language combination, units or services):
We have added two new fields in tasks and projects:
-Client quantity: shows the total sum of all client units in the task or project
-Vendor quantity: shows the total sum of all vendor units in the task or project
This new fields also appear in the task and projects list, being possible to filter and order by its values. They will also be useful in tasks or projects where different types of units are not mixed (pages, words, hours, etc.)
This new field allows to define the size in the logo's heigh in the printed documents (invoices, budgets, etc.) The image's width will be calculated proportionally to the predeterminate heigh set by the user so as not to deform the image.
In personalized format reports where the logo has been manually entered, this field will not apply.
New field “Signed mails” has been added in the employee’s file. When sending emails, the program will search if the current employee has a defined signature and will use this. If not, it will use the predefined one from the company in Settings > Parameters
Now it is possible to insert in the signatures and bulk email messages images located directly in our computer, without having to pass previously through a FTP server.
When sending the message, Gespoint will automatically include the images embedded in the file itself
We have added new options in the top sales and purchase document menu that allows you update different prices in an open (not transferred) document.
In the documents of sale it is possible to update Costs, Prices, VAT and Retentions of the document with which that customer has define in its file.

We have added two new options:
Group quotas per customer: by selecting it, group all the quotas from the same customer into a single invoice
Insert month as a comment: by selecting it, inserts in the invoice a comment line with the concept “MONTH [NAME OF MONTH]” to indicate to which month corresponds the quota billed
We have added a new file “Non-billable” in sales and purchase notes that allows to mark the delivery notes mentioned which should not be invoiced.
When you activate this field, it deactivates the “Billing” button and the delivery notes disappear from the “bringing delivery notes” screen from the purchase or sales invoices.

Now it is possible to set the colours of the program for each user. By clicking on different areas of the program (menu upper, side menu, buttons on the side menu, etc.) you can define the background colour of that program area. It is also possible to use predefined colours by selecting them in the top menu Tools > preset colours. The colours are defined for each user, and can be used by each person who uses the program different colours according to their preferences. |
